What is DreamLens?

DreamLens is a subscription-based AI image creation service. It allows users to transform text prompts and creative ideas into AI-generated visuals through an easy to-use interactive interface.
Depending on the features currently available, users may also apply visual filters, edit generated images, review their prompt and image history, and explore creations published in the community gallery.

What is included in my subscription?

An active DreamLens subscription provides access to the AI-powered creative tools available within the service, which may include:
• AI image generation from text prompts;
• interactive prompt-based creation;
• predefined visual templates;
• pre-effect filters;
• prompt and image history;
• basic image editing tools;
• cropping and visual adjustments;
• access to the community gallery;
• saving and reviewing previous creations.
Available features may be updated or expanded over time.

How do I subscribe?

To subscribe:
1. Select your preferred subscription plan.
2. Enter your STC Kuwait mobile number.
3. Confirm the subscription using the PIN or OTP sent to you by SMS.
4. Complete the STC mobile billing confirmation process.
Once the subscription is confirmed, access to DreamLens will be activated.

How much does DreamLens cost?

DreamLens offers the following subscription options for STC Kuwait users:
Daily Plan
0.2 KWD per day.
Weekly Plan
0.95 KWD per week.
Monthly Plan
3 KWD per month.
The selected fee is charged through your STC mobile account. Any applicable taxes are included where required or will be displayed during the subscription flow.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes. DreamLens is a recurring subscription service.

Your subscription automatically renews according to the selected billing period until you cancel it:

• the Daily Plan renews every day;
• the Weekly Plan renews every week;
• the Monthly Plan renews every month.

Recurring charges will continue to be applied to your STC mobile account until cancellation.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending the cancellation command corresponding to your plan:
Daily Plan: send STOP1 to 50992;
Weekly Plan: send STOP2 to 50992;
Monthly Plan: send STOP3 to 50992.
You may also submit an unsubscribe request through the DreamLens Unsubscribe page.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. Charges already applied for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

Access may remain available until the end of the billing period that has already been paid for, depending on the applicable STC billing configuration.
No further subscription charges should be applied after the cancellation has been successfully processed.

What devices can I use?

DreamLens is designed to work through supported web browsers on: • smartphones;
• tablets;
• desktop computers;
• laptops.
Service performance and feature availability may depend on your device, browser, network connection and screen size.

Are AI-generated images always unique?

DreamLens uses artificial intelligence to create images based on user prompts and selected settings. However, the service cannot guarantee that every generated image will be completely unique. Similar prompts may result in similar images, and other users may receive visually comparable results.

Can I publish my images in the community gallery?

Where the gallery feature is available, you may be able to publish selected creations for other users to view.
You should only publish content that:
• you have the right to use;
• does not contain another person’s private information;
• does not infringe copyright or trademarks;
• is not illegal, harmful or offensive;
• complies with the DreamLens Terms and Conditions.
Publishing an image in the gallery may make it visible to other users.

Does DreamLens guarantee a specific result?

No. AI-generated content may occasionally contain unexpected elements, inaccuracies, visual defects or results that differ from the user’s prompt.
DreamLens does not guarantee that generated content will meet every personal, professional or commercial requirement.
