Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the DreamLens website, AI image creation tools, related pages, subscription flows and mobile billing services collectively referred to as the “Service.”

Please read these Terms carefully before using DreamLens or completing a subscription.

By accessing the Service, submitting your mobile number, confirming a subscription or using any DreamLens feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use or subscribe to the Service.

1. Service Operator

2. About DreamLens

DreamLens is a subscription-based AI image creation service.

Depending on current availability, the Service may include:

  • AI image generation from text prompts;
  • an interactive creative interface;
  • predefined templates;
  • pre-effect filters;
  • prompt and image history;
  • image cropping and editing tools;
  • saving previous creations;
  • a community gallery;
  • other visual creation features.

The Service is intended for personal and lawful use.

Features may be added, removed, updated, limited or replaced without guaranteeing permanent availability of any individual function.

3. Eligibility

You may use DreamLens only where permitted by applicable law.

You must:

  • be legally entitled to use the mobile number submitted;
  • have the authority to incur charges through that mobile account;
  • provide accurate information;
  • review the price and renewal terms before subscribing;
  • comply with these Terms.

Where required by applicable law, minors may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscription Process

To activate a subscription, you may be required to:

  1. select a subscription plan;
  2. enter an eligible STC Kuwait mobile number;
  3. receive an SMS containing a PIN or OTP;
  4. enter or confirm the PIN or OTP;
  5. complete the STC mobile billing process.

You are responsible for checking that the mobile number and selected plan are correct before confirming.

Do not share your PIN, OTP or password with another person.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

DreamLens offers the following recurring plans for eligible STC Kuwait users:

  • Daily Plan – 0.2 KWD per day. To cancel, send STOP1 to 50992.
  • Weekly Plan – 0.95 KWD per week. To cancel, send STOP2 to 50992.
  • Monthly Plan – 3 KWD per month. To cancel, send STOP3 to 50992.

The applicable price will be displayed during the subscription process.

Additional mobile data charges may apply under your STC agreement.

6. Mobile Billing

Subscription fees are charged through the user’s STC mobile account.

By confirming a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charge to be applied according to the billing frequency of the selected plan.

DreamLens does not require payment card details when the subscription is completed exclusively through STC mobile billing.

7. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

The renewal frequency depends on the selected plan:

  • Daily Plan: every day;
  • Weekly Plan: every week;
  • Monthly Plan: every month.

The applicable fee may be charged at the beginning of each new billing period.

You are responsible for cancelling the subscription before the next renewal if you do not want another charge to be applied.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Use the command associated with your active plan:

  • send STOP1 to 50992 for the Daily Plan;
  • send STOP2 to 50992 for the Weekly Plan;
  • send STOP3 to 50992 for the Monthly Plan.

You may also submit a request through the DreamLens Unsubscribe page or contact customer support.

Cancellation stops future renewals after the request has been successfully processed.

Depending on the billing configuration, access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

9. Refunds and Billing Disputes

Unless required by applicable law, subscription charges that have already been applied are generally non-refundable.

If you believe that a billing error has occurred, contact support and provide:

  • the mobile number used for the subscription;
  • the selected plan;
  • the approximate date of the charge;
  • the amount charged;
  • a description of the issue.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

10. AI-Generated Content

DreamLens uses artificial intelligence to generate or modify visual content based on user prompts, images, settings and other inputs.

AI-generated content may:

  • contain errors or unexpected details;
  • differ from the user’s prompt;
  • resemble content generated for another user;
  • contain visual artifacts;
  • be unsuitable for a particular commercial or professional purpose.

DreamLens does not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, legality or fitness of every generated result.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, sharing or publishing it.

11. User Prompts and Uploaded Content

You retain responsibility for prompts, images and other materials that you submit to the Service.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • you own it or have permission to use it;
  • its use does not violate another person’s rights;
  • it does not contain unlawful material;
  • it does not contain confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose;
  • its processing by DreamLens does not violate any agreement or obligation.

You grant Inspiritum LTD a limited permission to process submitted materials as necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service.

12. Generated Images and Third-Party Rights

DreamLens does not guarantee that generated images are free from all possible third-party claims.

Before using generated content publicly or commercially, you are responsible for checking whether the content may involve:

  • trademarks;
  • copyrighted characters or designs;
  • recognizable persons;
  • protected brands;
  • confidential material;
  • other third-party rights.

DreamLens does not provide legal advice or guarantee that generated content is suitable for commercial use.

13. Community Gallery

Where available, the community gallery may allow users to publish generated images.

By choosing to publish content, you acknowledge that it may become visible to other users and website visitors.

Do not publish:

  • private or confidential information;
  • images of individuals without appropriate permission;
  • copyrighted material you are not authorized to use;
  • illegal, hateful, threatening or exploitative content;
  • sexually explicit content involving minors;
  • content that promotes violence, fraud or illegal activity.

We may remove gallery content or restrict access where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use DreamLens for an unlawful purpose;
  • impersonate another person;
  • create deceptive identity documents;
  • create content intended to facilitate fraud;
  • upload malicious files or code;
  • interfere with the website or its security;
  • attempt to access another user’s account;
  • use bots, scraping tools or unauthorized automated systems;
  • bypass subscription or access restrictions;
  • generate or distribute content that violates applicable law;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

We may suspend or terminate access where misuse is detected.

15. Intellectual Property

The DreamLens name, website, software, interface, design, text, graphics, templates and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to Inspiritum LTD.

Using the Service does not transfer ownership of the DreamLens platform or its underlying technology.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, reverse engineer or distribute the Service or its original materials without written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

16. Service Availability

We aim to keep DreamLens available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Availability may be affected by:

  • network conditions;
  • device compatibility;
  • browser settings;
  • maintenance;
  • technical failures;
  • STC billing availability;
  • security requirements;
  • legal or regulatory restrictions.

We may temporarily suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, updates, fraud prevention or security reasons.

17. Third-Party Services

DreamLens may rely on third parties such as:

  • mobile operators;
  • billing providers;
  • hosting providers;
  • cloud infrastructure providers;
  • analytics providers;
  • security services;
  • AI technology providers.

Third-party systems may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for services, websites or systems that are not owned or controlled by Inspiritum LTD.

18. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DreamLens is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • every prompt will produce a successful image;
  • generated content will be unique;
  • the Service will always be available;
  • all errors will be corrected immediately;
  • generated images will meet every user’s expectations;
  • generated content will be suitable for a particular commercial purpose.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inspiritum LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from:

  • inability to access the Service;
  • loss of prompts or generated images;
  • use of generated content;
  • third-party claims relating to user content;
  • network or operator interruptions;
  • unauthorized account access;
  • decisions made based on generated results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated;
  • subscription charges cannot be processed;
  • fraudulent or abusive activity is detected;
  • continued access presents a security risk;
  • suspension is required by law or by a service partner.

Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund for a billing period already charged.

21. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms for legal, technical, security, operational or commercial reasons.

When these Terms are updated, the effective date at the top of the page will be revised.

Continued use of DreamLens after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Inspiritum LTD, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or local laws that apply to users in Kuwait.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities determined under applicable law.
